How far in advance to I need to order my Headband?
Headbands in the Collection take four to five weeks from ordering to completion. Bespoke Headwear can often take a little longer as the process is more detailed so please send me an email so I can give you approximate dates.
Can crystals be changed on the Headwear to fit my colour theme?
Yes, all the beads can be matched your specific requirements, just email me for a postal address so I can work to your sample.
Can Headbands in the Collection be altered?
Yes of course, if you like a Headband from The Collection but want it smaller, bigger, less crystals or more or if you wanted to just use some of the design as your own then contact me for details.
What materials do you use on your Headwear?
I use Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls, freshwater pearls, glass beads and silver plated wire. If you have other beads you would like me to source, I would be more than happy to do so otherwise if you would like me to use beads you already have please get in touch.
What methods of payment do you accept?
I use paypal as it is quick, easy and secure. Alternatively I accept bank transfers or cheques, please contact me for more details.
How are your Headbands delivered?
Natasha Jane uses Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. Headbands come delivered in a beautiful black sturdy box so you can keep them safe and clean.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes, but please contact me first so I can arrange delivery times and postage charges, as this will be an extra cost.
What is your Bespoke Headwear price range?
As each piece is made especially for you, prices can vary. Bespoke orders are limited throughout the year as everything is designed and made by Natasha Jane, please get in touch to discuss your ideas and timescales.
Do you have a returns policy?
Unfortunately as each Headband is made to order Natasha Jane does not offer refunds.
