Headbands in the Collection take two to four weeks from ordering to completion. Bespoke Headwear can often take a little longer as the process is more detailed so please send me an email so I can give you accurate dates.
Yes, all the beads can be matched to your specific requirements, if you have a sample I am happy to work with your colour scheme.
Yes of course, if you like a Headband from the current collections but want it smaller, bigger, with less or more crystals or if you wanted to add some of your own jewellery pieces to the design this can all be altered.
I always use quality materials such as Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls, freshwater pearls, glass beads and silver plated wire. If you have other beads you would like me to source, I would be more than happy to do so otherwise if you would like me to use beads you already have this can also be worked into the design.
I use paypal as it is quick, easy and secure. Alternatively I accept bank transfers or cheques, please get in touch via the contact form if you would like to use these methods.
All Headbands from the Natasha Jane collection are delivered using Royal Mail first class recorded delivery, Headbands come delivered in a sturdy box so you can keep them safe and clean.
Yes, but please contact me first so I can arrange delivery times and postage charges, as this will be an extra cost.
As each piece is made especially for you, prices can vary. Bespoke orders are limited throughout the year as everything is designed and made by Natasha Jane, please get in touch to discuss your ideas and timescales.
Headbands from the collection can be returned if unsuitable within 1 week of the distribution date, however your postage back to Natasha Jane will not be refunded. Unfortunately bespoke Headwear is non returnable. Sample headpieces are non refundable, please request additional photos and beads to help you make your decision.
