Delivery
Due to each headband being handmade to order, estimated delivery time is 3-4 weeks, however bespoke designs will naturally take a little longer so please contact Natasha Jane with your requirements before placing your order. If you have more urgent requirements maybe a hairdresser appointment or dress fitting, please get in touch so we can discuss prioritising your order. Delivery by royal mail recorded first class, cost added at checkout at £6 per transaction. Deliveries will require a signature so please be aware of this when placing your order, this helps to track your order. The package is the responsibility of the customer once it has been signed for, even if the customer has not signed for it themselves. For overseas deliveries please contact Natasha Jane for postage and packaging charges and delivery times.
Payment
Payment online using PayPal, customers will not be charged a fee for their transaction. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email, shortly after this you will receive confirmation of your order by post with details of delivery and any special requirements.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Natasha Jane please email to let us know you are returning it within 24 hours receipt of the package, and return within 7 days receipt of the order. Until Natasha Jane has receipt of the returned item, it remains the responsibility of the customer. Natasha Jane accepts no liability for the damage or loss whilst returning items. Unfortunately bespoke designs made to a customers specific requirements are unable to be returned unless faulty, in this situation it will only be possible to repair and return the item to the customer. If your band arrives damaged or there is a fault please contact us by email with details within 24 hours receipt of delivery, the item must be returned to Natasha Jane in the original packaging and paperwork for repairing within 7 days receipt of the order. We will then be able to repair and return your band as a matter of urgency. Natasha Jane is unable to accept returned headbands, wedding tiaras or bespoke head wear if it has been worn or has been in contact with perfumes, hairsprays or similar products as these can dull the silver wire and beads.

Disclaimer
Please note these products are not intended for children. Each band is very delicate with pointed edges, any tampering or misuse may result in harm from small beads or wire. Natasha Jane accepts no responsibility for any injury caused from misuse. As each band is made to order personally by Natasha Jane the design may vary slightly from the image shown. As many of the bands contain Silver plated wire, over time some tarnishing may occur which can be easily cleaned.
Packaging
All headbands are delivered upon a sheet of clear film inside a sturdy white keepsake box with silver ribbon, please let Natasha Jane know if you would like a name or date included on the inside.
